Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of FlickCG, operated by Flickinger Films. By creating an account, starting a subscription, or using FlickCG, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.
You must be at least 18 years old or use FlickCG through an authorized school or organization account. You are responsible for your credentials and activity under your account.
Subscriptions and renewal
Pro and Education plans renew automatically on the monthly or annual interval selected at checkout until canceled. Stripe displays the price, billing interval, taxes, and next charge before you subscribe. Annual pricing may include the advertised one-month savings.
You may cancel through the customer dashboard or Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and generally leaves access available through the paid billing period.
Payments, taxes, and refunds
Stripe processes subscription payments. You authorize the displayed charges and applicable taxes. Subscription and marketplace refund rules are explained in the Refund Policy; nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Acceptable use
- Do not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Do not upload malware, evade security or access controls, scrape the service, or interfere with other users.
- Do not use FlickCG for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content.
- Do not share, resell, or sublicense account access except as expressly allowed by your plan.
Your content and FlickCG materials
You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant FlickCG the limited rights needed to host, process, display, back up, and deliver that content at your direction. FlickCG software, branding, stock content, and documentation remain owned by Flickinger Films or its licensors. Marketplace content is also governed by the Buyer Terms, Seller Agreement, and Intellectual Property Rules.
Availability and account action
We work to keep FlickCG available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, comply with law, address nonpayment, or investigate a material violation. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure.
Disclaimers and liability
FlickCG is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that graphics, data sources, integrations, or third-party services will meet every production requirement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flickinger Films is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by New Jersey law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections in your location. Questions may be submitted through the Support page.
