Information we collect
- Account and contact details, including name, email, organization, and authentication identifiers.
- Subscription and transaction identifiers from Stripe. FlickCG does not store complete card numbers.
- Graphics, templates, assets, listings, and other content you upload or create.
- Marketplace seller onboarding status, purchases, trials, refunds, and entitlement records.
- Education application details, including school email, organization, role, review status, and limited supporting documentation when required.
- Support messages, device information, security logs, and service-usage events.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, support, and improve FlickCG.
- Authenticate users and enforce subscription and marketplace access.
- Process payments, seller payouts, trials, refunds, and tax obligations.
- Review Education eligibility and marketplace submissions.
- Prevent fraud, respond to legal requests, and enforce our policies.
- Send transactional and service communications.
Service providers and disclosures
We use providers such as Stripe for payments, Supabase for authentication and data services, Cloudflare for application infrastructure, Vercel for website hosting, and Resend for email delivery. They process information under their own terms and our instructions. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the service, or during a business transaction.
FlickCG does not sell personal information and does not currently share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and education documents
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including account operation, transaction records, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Education supporting documents should be deleted after the eligibility decision is complete; FlickCG retains the result, basis, review date, and expiration date needed to administer annual reverification.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information and may appeal a denied privacy request. Submit a Privacy request through Support. We may verify your identity before acting and may retain information where legally required.
Security, children, and changes
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is completely secure. FlickCG is not directed to children under 13. We may update this Policy and will post a new effective date; material changes may also be communicated through the service or email.
