Subscriptions
Canceling a subscription prevents the next renewal. Amounts already paid are generally non-refundable and access ordinarily continues through the paid period. We consider exceptions required by law and verified duplicate, fraudulent, or erroneous charges.
Marketplace purchases
Marketplace purchases are final after the mandatory trial and checkout acknowledgment. Exceptions may be approved where required by law or for verified fraud, duplicate charging, material non-delivery, a material mismatch from the listing, or administrative correction.
Effect of a marketplace refund
A full refund revokes the buyer’s ownership and installation rights. FlickCG may remove installed and copied versions from the Dashboard, Template Editor, and My Marketplace and prevent future install, export, duplication, or rename actions.
How to request help
Submit a Billing/refund request through Support with the account email, transaction date, package or plan name, and reason. Do not include full card details. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe and bank posting times vary.
