Eligibility and seller relationship
You must be signed in with an active FlickCG subscription to start a trial, buy, or install a marketplace package. Community packages are sold by their listed creators, with payment processed through Stripe Connect.
Mandatory three-day trial
A paid community package must complete its three-day trial before purchase unless you choose to end the trial early and buy. During trial you may inspect and use the package inside FlickCG, but may not rename or export the package or any individual graphic. You may end the trial and remove the package without purchasing. Trial content is not described as watermarked.
Purchase and final-sale notice
Before checkout, FlickCG presents a conspicuous final-sale notice and requires your express agreement. Marketplace purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or approved for fraud, duplicate charges, material non-delivery, a material listing mismatch, or administrative correction.
License—not transfer of copyright
Purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the package in FlickCG productions. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, extract for competing distribution, or make the package available to another account. The creator retains ownership.
Refunds and revoked access
When a purchase is refunded, ownership is revoked. FlickCG may remove the package and its copies from My Marketplace, the Dashboard, and Template Editor and block reinstalling, duplicating, renaming, or exporting it.
