Application information
- School-issued email address.
- School or organization name.
- Student, educator, or institution status.
- Supporting document only when a current institutional email is unavailable.
- Confirmation that the information is accurate and subject to annual renewal.
Statuses and checkout access
Applications are Pending, Approved, Rejected, or Expired. Education checkout is available only to an Approved applicant. Approval generally expires one year after review, after which reverification is required.
Document minimization
Submit only what is needed to show current affiliation, and redact unrelated identifiers. FlickCG should delete supporting documents after completing the review and retain only the eligibility decision, basis, review date, and expiration date needed to administer the program.
Not a tax determination
Education pricing eligibility does not make a person or organization tax-exempt. Tax-exemption documentation is reviewed separately under the Tax-Exemption Policy. FlickCG may revoke approval for inaccurate or outdated information.
