Submitting an intellectual-property notice
Use the Intellectual property/takedown topic on Support. Identify the protected work, the marketplace content and URL at issue, your contact information, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature.
Review and temporary action
FlickCG may request more information, notify the creator, preserve relevant records, and temporarily disable a listing or entitlement while reviewing a complete notice. We may restore content when a complaint is withdrawn, resolved, unsupported, or successfully countered.
Counter-notices and abuse
A creator may respond with identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, contact and jurisdiction consent information required by applicable law, and a signature. Knowingly false notices or counter-notices may create legal liability.
Other disputes
For fraud, billing, quality, privacy, or account issues, choose the matching Support topic. Marketplace payment disputes may also proceed through Stripe and the card network. This process does not replace legal rights or court orders.
