Ownership
Creators retain ownership of original marketplace content. Buyers receive only the limited license stated in the Buyer Terms. Flickinger Films retains ownership of FlickCG software, branding, stock packages, and documentation.
Creator assurances
- You created the content or have written permission and sublicensing rights.
- Included fonts, photos, footage, music, logos, trademarks, and likenesses are properly licensed for the advertised use.
- The listing does not copy another product or mislead buyers about origin or sponsorship.
- You will preserve records showing your rights and provide them if reasonably requested.
Prohibited content
Do not submit infringing, pirated, deceptive, defamatory, unlawfully discriminatory, privacy-invasive, malicious, or illegal content. FlickCG may remove content and suspend repeat or serious violators.
